Is the Following Available for the Eco-Mission?
1. An open, flexible space (besides the church itself) for a group of 40-60
people, with tables (round?), chairs. This space would need to be reserved
for the weeknight meetings (Tue and Thu nights or the agreed upon nights)
2. Equipment such as: TV-VCR/DVD combo, CASSETTE/CD-ROM player, MIC if it’s
a large group, overhead and screen, slide projector, extension cord, podium
(music stand)
3. Access to a computer & printer, copier
4. A room to work out of and store my own books equipment and materials
while at the site; and if need be, stay overnight
5. Materials such as pencils, paper, crafty items (glue, scotch tape, etc)
6. Possibility of a radio or TV interview as promotional
Concerning People and Groups:
1. Access to names and
phone numbers of music leaders, Choir director, readers, school principal,
DRE, parish groups: that I might phone them directly to arrange for possible
special sessions or particular requests.
2. What nights are most suited for group sessions (2 per week) of 1 hour and
what would be the best time?
3. Would you want a PR pic of me?
